Enough!

Senator Obama finally had enough of the entire Rev. Wright Tour and denounced his longtime friend and mentor of 20 years today.
Rev. Wright, although a brilliant man with several doctorate degrees said some bizzare things on Tuesday like the USA promoted AIDS and that the United States millitary are no better than terrorist and he downplayed Barack's run for President as just a poltician saying politician things to get elected. Barack responded by saying this relationship has changed.

3 Years Sentencing For Failure to File Federal Income Tax

Wesley snipes has been sentenced to 3 years in Federal Prison for failure to file income taxes. He was very apologetic to the court and remorseful about his failure to file and even brought a five million dollar check with him to court and testimonials from some of his hollywood buddies like Denzel Washington, Woodie Harrelson and Judge Joe Brown, but the judge was not having it and sentenced him to the maximum!...you might want to do a Marvin Gaye and get out of town Wesley! Maybe go to Dubai..but then again that would be like being in the witness protection program and you know you can't see your family or loved ones ever again...Didn't you know we pay taxes in this country?

Phila. Suburbs No Runaway for Either Candidate

by KYW's Brad Segall

It looks like it was a split for the Democratic presidential candidates in the Philadelphia suburbs, with Hillary Clinton winning Bucks and Montgomery counties and Barack Obama taking Delaware and Chester counties.

Sen. Clinton won Bucks County by a substantial margin and beat Sen. Obama by a slim margin in Montgomery County, where he was expected to do well with affluent and first-time voters.

Montgomery County Democratic party chairman Marcel Groen says it was the time she spent in the county that gave her the win:

“I think that voters appreciated -- it wasn’t so much negative on Senator Obama, I think it was real appreciation of somebody constantly asking for our support and our votes.”

Groen says that both candidates are strong and he would like to see a Clinton-Obama ticket in the fall. He says that anything less would make it that much harder for the Democrats to take back the White House.

POPE BENEDICT XVI VISITS THE U.S.A

By VICTOR L. SIMPSON – 3 hours ago

NEW YORK (AP) — Pope Benedict XVI celebrated Mass and American Catholicism in storied Yankee Stadium on Sunday, telling his massive U.S. flock to use its freedoms wisely as he closed out his first papal trip to the United States.

Benedict beamed before a joyous crowd of 57,000, hours after making a solemn stop to pray at the site of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.

He called the Mass "a summons to move forward with firm resolve to use wisely the blessings of freedom, in order to build a future of hope for coming generations."

After a Bitter Week....Sweet Rally 4 Obama

Over 35,000 people came out to hear Barack speak at the largest rally in the campaign's history in front of Independence Hall in Philadelphia tonight. In his remarks, he challenged America to join him in declaring independence from the Washington game-playing and special interest-dominated politics that have blocked so much progress in recent years

Barack said:
It was over two hundred years ago that a group of patriots gathered in this city to do something that no one in the world believed they could do. After years of a government that didn’t listen to them, or speak for them, or represent their hopes and their dreams, a few humble colonists came to Philadelphia to declare their independence from the tyranny of the British throne. The union they created has endured for two centuries not because we’re perfect, but because we’ve always been perfectible – because each generation of Americans has been willing to stand up and sacrifice and do what’s necessary to inch us closer to the ideals at the core of our founding promise – equality, and liberty, and opportunity for all who seek it.

Who Won The ABC Democratic Debate?

The verdict is in on the ABC network hosted debate last night, and the viewing public was unfavorable to its format and questioning by the moderators, ex-Presidential spokesperson for Bill Clinton, George Stephanopoulos and ABC World News Tonight Anchor, Charlie Gibson. Many thought it was undignified and disrespectful to the candidates and the viewing public. The moderators asked insignificant questions and many critics viewed it as tabloid like. In the end, the ABC network lost with heavy criticism from the mostly cable news community, the viewers and according to the ABC online poll, Hillary Clinton lost and Barack seems to have won solid support.

Couric & CBS Call it Quits

A barely two year relationship with CBS and it's viewers will probably come to an end in weeks. Ms. Couric's show has solidly come in 3rd behind Brian Williams Nightly News on NBC and ABC's World News with Charlie Gibson. CBS has never been able to catch the charisma and fun side attitude that made her a TV Network News #1 player and personality.

"FRAGILE AND REVERSIBLE"

Gen. Petraeus Updates Iraq War Conditions

After the 20,000 troops sent during last year's surge are withdrawn, by July, the military should wait 45 days before deciding on further reductions, Gen. David Petraeus told the Senate Armed Service Committee.

"This approach does not allow establishment of a set withdrawal timetable,' he said. "However, it does provide the flexibility those of us on the ground need to preserve the still fragile security gains our troopers have fought so hard and sacrificed so much to achieve."...(continue)

"There's absolutely no reason why a women shouldn't be in that office, but I am not sure about this woman. It's insulting that because you're a woman or a person of
